“Please send us the best entertainer that you have”. This is one of the most common requests that we receive from customers. Now, who do we send?
It is hard to sift through our clowns, fairies, magicians, superheroes, etc since all of them are good.
We request our customers to complete a feedback form. This way, we can keep track of our entertainers performances and skills. Based on what we learn from our customers, we only retain the entertainers who have continually thrilled the adults and children as well.
Aside from customer feedback, we also ensure we send the appropriate entertainer based on the information that our customers have written on their booking form like the ages of the kids, the number of children attending.
We aim to give the best service we can and we partner with our customers so we can achieve that goal.
